Not sure if therapy is right for you? We offer a free 30 minute consultation (face to face or online) where we can introduce ourselves, have a chat, and you can decide if going forward feels right for you.

Our Approach
All our therapists operate from a Person Centred base. In a nutshell, this means that we believe that you, as our clients, have your own answers and it's our role to help you find them.
We work on the principles of non-judgement, honesty and empathy and will do our utmost to ensure you feel you are in a safe space to share and discover whatever you need to.
We also believe that clients need the right counsellor for them, and consequently, each therapist will have their own techniques, tools and additional approaches which can be adapted to the client.

About Us
